Personal services

This offer is directed to individuals who have more complex tax affairs resulting from multiple income sources and therefore are required to file self assessment tax returns. This service also covers self employed individuals. Services include:

• support in maintaining basic business records for your income and expenses

• self assessment tax returns including for CIS subcontractors

• financial guidance (note: we are not authorised to provide regulated financial advice at this stage)

• outsourcing services for self-employed such as bookkeeping, monthly accounts, payroll, VAT returns - all captured in business services section

Business services

This package encompasses all of the services traditionally provided by accounting firms to limited companies and partnerships. They include:

• preparing and filing confirmation statements

Management consultancy

This service is for those businesses who want more from their accountant than just preparing tax returns and basic company accounts. Using this package you can tap into all of the value added services we offer which include helping you with:

• data architecture - organising and storing your financial, operational and other data in a way that maximises its value

• governance - designing and implementing controls around your financial and non-financial systems and processes to ensure data integrity

• management information - designing and implementing informative reporting suites including high level management accounts and detailed reports 

• analytics - designing analytical tools for your staff or performing deep dive analytics in specific areas of interest

• financial modelling - budgeting, forecasting, strategic multi year plans, commercial bids and proposals, investment appraisals

• other work - process design, re-design or automation, system implementation or optimisations, specific projects and change programmes

Finance Director (FD) services

These flexible services allow you to benefit from a financial and commercial expertise supporting you and your business according to your needs without the cost that comes with hiring a full time Finance Director. This in turn allows you to spend time on where it adds most value - growing your business - while being totally informed about your financial performance on a timely basis. You can contract us for a specific project or time period as well as decide to sign up to ongoing service procuring our FD services for a set amount of time on a weekly or monthly basis.
