Scope of our services and delivery methods are dictated by the client and therefore individually negotiated to create best fit for your needs. This necessitates individual approach to pricing, particularly if - like most clients - you want us to work on fixed fee basis.

If you prefer a time charge basis our base rates are as follows and they are charged in 15 minute increments for every 15 minutes of work started. 

Please note however that these rates are subject to final agreement with each client who wishes to proceed on a time charge basis and may be increased depending on the complexity of your business. In brackets we have provided approximate contribution of each band to different service types we offer.

We bill on a monthly basis or, for smaller projects, on completion of assignment and our payment terms are immediately on receipt of invoice however for select clients we can negotiate short credit terms.

Start-up offer: on a case by case basis we can consider part settlement in equity based payments or other remuneration methods to fast growing cash strapped clients. Due to complexity such arrangements are individually negotiated after due diligence process. Usually this secures access to full range of business services package for a set period of time (typically 3-5 years) and guarantees 50% discount for management consulting and FD services.
