Finix is a brainchild of an experienced and versatile accountant, finance professional and consultant who has raised from ground level to senior positions in UK corporate sector. Lukasz came to UK in 2005 and spent the first year in various temporary jobs, most notable of which was being a rickshaw rider in central London for nearly 8 months. In 2006 he secured his first permanent office job and in 2008 started accountancy studies with ACCA. 

Since Lukasz kept a full time job, studying was solely contained to reading (self funded) study materials at home in the evenings and on weekends. Despite such challenging circumstances Lukasz completed the qualification in 2.5 years (while achieving first time passes for all exams) and became a full member of ACCA in 2011. He followed this up with Bachelor of Science 1st class degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in 2013. 

Lukasz's corporate career spans many accounting and commercial finance roles within multiple industries and organisations reaching a senior position in a FTSE250 organisation. In his career Lukasz covered a wide range of duties and in 2024 decided that it is time to put all the of skills and experience to use aiding smaller companies to reach their full potential. Lukasz's primary focus is on financial management, commercial strategy, operational efficiencies, robust systems and processes as well as strong governance controls. 

Lukasz is core to the delivery of Finix services however he leans on his extensive professional network for support when required. This network includes Chief Financial Officers, General Counsels and Commercial Directors of large corporate entities amongst others.
